Techimax was founded in 2014 as a hands-on engineering firm building digital platforms for regulated industries. We re-tooled the entire delivery model around AI-native engineering in 2023, codified our multi-agent reference architecture across enterprise engagements in 2026, and have 300+ AI agents in production today.
Techimax operates a distributed model with delivery hubs across 18 countries - including major presence across India, the United States, the UK, Germany, Singapore, and Australia. We deploy follow-the-sun pods so customers get 24-hour delivery momentum.
Techimax is privately held. We're profitable, founder-led, and intentionally have not raised outside capital - which lets us invest in the long view, the team, and the platform without short-cycle pressure.
100 engineers, AI scientists, designers, and operators. We hire senior-only on customer-facing pods (L5+ equivalent) and operate a thoughtful Academy program for new graduates and engineers transitioning into AI-native roles.
In 2023 we re-tooled every pod around AI-pair engineering. Every engineer pairs with specialized agents for codegen, code review, doc generation, and test generation. Cycle times collapsed by 40–100×. We rebuilt our delivery patterns - multi-agent architecture, the Eval Platform, and embedded copilot engagements - on the same principles. The pivot is: AI-native is not a service line, it's how we build everything.
